MY STORY

I live in a small town in the Cotswolds surrounded by green hills and just a short walk away is a truly fantastic ice cream factory (Winstones).
I have, from a very young age, been interested in Art and Craft. Upon finishing my GCSE’s I attended sixth form to further my passion and took an Art and Design National Diploma. Upon leaving I attended Gloucester College to study Window Design. Whilst there my design was featured at Gloucester Woolworths store to advertise the release of Titanic. After leaving college with a Merit I chose not to follow a career in Window Design.

For pleasure only I continued photography, which was part of the course, and took a one day insight course at Newbury I still enjoy taking photos and making various craft items some of these can be found on my site.

My change in career took me into nannying and more recently into working for a fabric company. This gave me the opportunity to work with fabric where I was able to use my creative eye for colour and created specific colour packs and colour boxes of Indian cotton.

A more recent change in my career and I felt it was the right time to follow my dream and set up my own business.

Rosewood & Blossom was created.

As online stores go Rosewood & Blossom is currently small but the items are handpicked and as time passes my store will grow.
At Rosewood and Blossom you will find many items which I have designed and created myself, together with other carefully selected products which I hope will be of interest to you.
